Quick answers to the most common questions
Signing in: Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code — no password to remember. If you were invited by a board member, use the link they shared; it'll fill in your school automatically, so you don't have to type it. You will need to get a new code if you sign out.
Choosing your role: Pick the board seat you hold (President, Vice President, Treasurer, or Secretary). This determines which Anchor Points, checklists, and resources you see.
Each month has an "Anchor Point" — a themed checklist for what's typically due around that time in your role. Check off tasks as you complete them; your progress saves automatically and is visible to the rest of your board on the Board tab.
Using our templates: Every guide, template, and script in the library is ready to use as-is, or as a starting point.
Customizing something: If you want to edit a template, save your own copy first — click "Save As" or download it, then make your changes. Editing the original inside the portal won't work, since it's shared with every school using the portal.
Uploading your own version: Once you've customized a copy, your School Admin can upload it back into your school's own Resource Library (from your computer or Google Drive) so the rest of your board can access it too.
File types: The library is for documents only — PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar. Photos and videos aren't supported here. You can then toggle off the preview, so it won't show up again.
Any board member can turn on School Admin access from the Account tab. Once on, you can:
Go to the Account tab and copy your invite link. Anyone who signs up through that link will automatically be placed in your school — no manual entry needed, and no extra charge, since access is shared across your whole board once one person has paid.

On iPhone (Safari): Open the portal in Safari, tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up), then scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen," then tap "Add."
On Android (Chrome): Open the portal in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, then tap "Add to Home screen" (or "Install app"), then confirm.
